Courier, island-wide
Delivery is LKR 550 to 950 by district, and takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
The fee depends on your district and is always shown before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Collection from Colombo 07
You can collect any order from our counter in Colombo 07 and pay cash when you do. The product page tells you how soon an in-stock order is ready.
What cannot be couriered
Products classified corrosive or flammable cannot be sent by courier in Sri Lanka at all. They are collection only, their product pages say so before you add them, and the checkout will not let a courier order go out with one in it.
Pre-orders
Most of the catalogue is on pre-order against a container. Dispatch for those items begins when the container lands and clears, not when you reserve them. The current arrival window is on the site and we move it when it moves.
If something goes wrong in transit
Check the order against the delivery note when the courier hands it over. If something is missing or damaged, tell us on WhatsApp the same day with a photograph and we will sort it out.
