Order status
Where is my order?
No account needed. Your order number and the WhatsApp number you gave us at checkout are enough - both, because the number alone is not a secret.
The order number is at the top of your confirmation - it looks like KC-2411-AFV. The last three characters are a check group, so a mistyped number fails rather than showing you someone else’s order.
