KCX Sri Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, trading as Drivehouse runs drivehouse.lk. This says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect, and only when you give it
When you place an order we store your name, your WhatsApp number, your delivery address and district, any note you add for the courier, and the items and prices on that order. An email address is optional and we only store it if you type one.
If you create an account, your email address and password are held by our authentication provider. We never see your password.
We do not ask for, and have no way to receive, your card details. Payment is taken at the counter or arranged with you directly.
What your browser keeps
Your cart lives in your own browser, not on our servers, until you place an order. The same is true of the last order you placed, which is how the confirmation page can show it to you after a refresh.
We store a random key in your browser so repeated attempts from the same device can be rate limited. It is not linked to you and identifies no person.
There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.
No analytics, no tracking
We run no analytics product of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heat mapping and no session recording on drivehouse.lk. If that changes we will say so here before it does.
Your IP address
Your IP address is used in two places only, and never stored against your order: to limit how many password reset emails can be requested from one connection, and to rate limit payment attempts. This is to stop abuse, not to profile you.
Who else can see it
Our site runs on Vercel and our database runs on Supabase, hosted in Mumbai. Both process data on our instructions in order to run the shop.
Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp, which means your number and the content of your messages are handled by WhatsApp under their own terms.
A courier is given your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your order. Nothing else.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep trading records, and because you may need us to look up a past purchase or a batch code.
If you want your account removed, or your details taken off an order we no longer need to service, message us on WhatsApp and we will do it.
Asking us about your data
Message us on WhatsApp on +94 72 955 7613 and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete what we are not required to keep.
