From Koch-Chemie's technical data sheet for Gentle Snow Foam (a PDF on this page), in our words: For snow foam, add approximately 20 ml to 1 l of water, foam the vehicle with a foam sprayer, clean with a wash mitt if needed and rinse with water; for a hand wash, mix 50 ml into 10 litres of water, wash with a mitt and rinse. A foam gun can also be used, and adding 10-30 ml Green Star to the premixed Snow Foam solution gives an active foam. Check the sheet's warnings before first use, and where this differs from the sheet, follow the sheet.

Yes on cured clear coat at the recommended dilution, kept wet and rinsed in time. It must never touch hot panels; never mix chemistries.
