How do I use Green Star?
From Koch-Chemie's technical data sheet for Green Star (a PDF on this page), in our words: Depending on soiling, dilute 1:5 to 1:30 for vehicle exteriors and engines, 1:10 to 1:20 for interiors and textiles, and 1:40 to 1:120 for workshop and industrial floors, staying within the VDA class A limits of a maximum of 5 min reaction time and a maximum application concentration of 1:3. On exteriors and engines, cover the whole surface, allow a short reaction time and rinse off thoroughly using a high-pressure cleaner; on interiors, take up residues with a damp cloth or wet/dry vacuum. Check the sheet's warnings before first use, and where this differs from the sheet, follow the sheet.
Is Green Star safe on car paint?
Yes on cured clear coat at the recommended dilution, kept wet and rinsed in time. It must never touch bare or polished aluminium.
