From Koch-Chemie's technical data sheet for Protector Wax (a PDF on this page), in our words: With a dosing pump, use it undiluted or diluted up to 1:2; the recommended dose per car is 13-19 ml for hot or cold wax, 13-19 ml for foam wax and 16-23 ml for premium wax. For manual use, add approximately 30ml to 1l water, spread it over the clean vehicle while it is still wet using a foam sprayer or a pump dispenser, let it soak in and rinse off thoroughly with a pressure washer. Check the sheet's warnings before first use, and where this differs from the sheet, follow the sheet.

Yes on cured clear coat at the recommended dilution, kept wet and rinsed in time. It must never touch hot panels or direct sun.
